I wanted to write to you to thank you for two days of the most enjoyable book reading I have ever had.

I purchased your books swingers 1&2 from pulse and cocktails, I am not even into swinging but for some reason it caught my eye and I thought i'd give it a go. I work night shifts at the hospital and normally they are long and boring but thanks to your books which I read both in two nights flat my shifts were so much better.

I got myself into trouble though on two occasions , Marmaduke and the revenge chapters in which I was uncontrollably laughing disturbing the patients etc. Your book was so well written and I feel like I know you both already. It has opened my mind up to lets a say a different way of life!

Please, please, please get the next book out. I have heard about your club and am eager to learn more!

I wish that Marie could also write a book about your life so far because as good as your books are they are written from a mans perspective and I can't help but wonder what Marie's tales and recollections would read like from a women's point of view.

Boy were we nervous. It was our first time at a swingers club, and some friends of ours told us La Chambre was a great place to go, so clutching each others hands we crossed the road and into the front door.

That was the worst moment, not knowing what awaited us, but as soon as we entered the club we knew we had made the right decision. I suppose we had expected to find a cheap tatty interior that smelt of damp and dirt, but what we had was a tastefully adorned surroundings with expensive looking wooden fretwork everywhere.

The people were equally upmarket, not snobbish, just nice people. The staff could not do enough for us and after our guided tour by Dave two couples immediately came over to talk to us. I won't go into detail what happened that night, suffice it to say we will be back soon.

Became members on monday nite.although it was a bi nite no one bothered us every one was freindly.takes some courage to cross the road at first but once is side very relaxed atmosphere. Craig and girl on bar very helpful and laid back.shown around the club it was great.made out with a couple in the play room.two other couples in same room no one bothered u unless in vited. if any one having second thoughts about joining do it u wont regret it. nice people and freindly. will be returning with freinds on 02 sept to tne nurses and doctors nite.

A big thank you,to all the staff who made us feel very welcome on our first visit to La Chambre,from the door man who told us about the free parking and security guy who watched the cars all night,to the girls behind the bar. We enjoyed the relaxed attitude of everyone there,,there was no hard push to swing and a guided tour by Craig,,i think his name was ,,,,,,,very funny indeed,,,made us feel very welcome. The entertainment on the night was a drag artist who was vey entertaining. we will be visiting La Chambre again and would recomend them to anyone wishing to visit a swinging club for the first time. Just to say I visited your club for the Fetish night a few weeks ago and for a lad from the sticks, this was a total eye opener. I met up with a woman online who was into the fetish scene and decided to see what this was all about. Apart from being dommed in the dungeon, I noticed that the club attracted people from all over the country and from different classes, the guests certainly weren't your stereotypical old Etonian wanting to relive his past, like the papers seem to caricature people in the BDSM scene.

One of the ladies I was with was a single parent and another domme was a mature student. On the whole it was a great experience, some of the dommes looked really stunning in their thigh length boots and leather outfits, and one I wouldn't mind reliving again.

Wow! what can I say? Up until Saturday I was a swingingc virgin..but not anymore..hurrah!!
It exceeded all my expectations... From the minute Dave & I walked in there was a lovely warm relaxed ambience, we felt comfortable, relaxed & as if we belonged. I'd like to thank Marie & Barry & all the team who were fab & not forgetting the lovely D.J. Charlie..

Well all the nerves and anxiety of visiting our 1st club were soon gone shortly after we visited your club, the attended parking the welcome at the door the very sexy bar staff and the instant relaxed atmosphere that we felt was all we needed to put a BIG grin on our face, the walkaround with Graig was great too, although it was a 3 hour drive for us we are already planning our next visit, although we didnt plan on doing much on our first visit our moods were soon changed and we just couldnt help ourselfes ;) sorry craig if you had to fill the pool again he he,

Thanks for a fantastic evening on the 27th it was our first ever venture into the swinging scene, but it most certainly wont be our last we can't wait to come back. We were very nervous but as soon as we arrived Barry welcomed us (although we didn't get chance to meet with him properly he was very busy ) and everyone was very friendly. Marie you were most welcoming on reception and Craig I thought you were lovely (Yvonne ) great guy thanks for the tour, we soon found our way into the dungeon ! Next visit we want to come Sunday.

Thanks Craig for showing us round, we were both really nervous. We went for the first time Friday 22nd July -and we both loved it ! After a bit of trepidation about so many single guys we found all boundaries were respected and we weren't pestered at all, although we were followed round a bit !. The facilities are great - with so many play rooms - that we kept getting lost !

We played with a great couple towards the end of the night - and must admit it came as a shock when we turned round to an audience of about 20 guys (who all had kept their distance just happy to watch!)

We enjoyed it so much that we found ourselves back at La Chambre a week later ! ***** was in one of her rampant moods - we started off playing in the invitation only room with a new couple (who had never swung before, but took to it like a duck to water !) then moved on to some other play rooms where Adele made some guys very happy that night!. We're looking forward to getting there on a Saturday for couple only night.

PS Bar prices are cheap - all in all you can have a better and cheaper night at La Chambre than if you went around town pubbing & clubbing ! Well done La Chambre

We would recommend it to any swingers or couples who have talked about it, but haven't plucked up the nerve ! (we wish we'd done this years ago and we are only mid 30's!)

We've been members for over four years now and have tried a few other clubs in UK, and LC beats them all, by far! LC is run by people who care and who listen to what their members want. As a result, the club has continuously improved since we joined. No pressure, sexy fun with a night club atmosphere........go on give it a try, you'll love it!

Hello you two,

Sarah and I just want to take a moment to say what every other person who goes into your club should be saying to you both every time they see you , which is a very very big thank you for giving everyone a chance to live their fantasies and have a place that they can realise their dreams and often cement and renew the affection within their own relationships through your club.

The club may be a business but it is more than that to you both and for the majority of the people who use your facilities, it has become a second home for some of us and for that Sarah and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We run our own business in Wakefield and we need to have a release from the pressures of that and, like so many people who use La Chambre, we find that release in your club Whatever you would have chosen as your vocation in life I know that you would have succeeded but we are all so lucky that you decided to open La Chambre.

No one can ever say that I am saying this through beer as I don't drink, but someone needs to tell you both how much you are appreciated and loved. I don't know where you got the inspiration from but thank you both for having a dream and realising that dream of La Chambre but more importantly thank you for your conviction and courage to follow that through when most others would have fallen at the first hurdle, and thank you for the commitment to the club the patrons and each other.

We are very proud to know you both and class you both as dear friends.

Just a little note of thanks for a great Night had last Night at your club. We had had a bad experience of a club previous to coming down to La Chambre and were very nervous. We were made so welcome by the "regulars" and have to comment that the interior of the club is spot on.
We are now no longer "swinging virgins" and wanted to say a BIG thanks to all of you down there for a great time. We will be back and sooner rather than later.

Guys, congratulations are in order; you have successfully dragged the scene out of middle class lounges and screaming into the twenty first century. since our first visit on your last school disco night we have frantically been rearranging our lives to fit in another visit asap.
your facilities are second to none, your clientele friendly and (very!) accommodating; we had been told it was very cliquey at the club, but after visiting we think it was perhaps the cpl we spoke to who had the problem. we heartily recommend la chambre to all and sundry, and have many cpls now queuing to come with us (can we have a discount for drumming up trade?) being both professionals, your club gives us somewhere to enjoy the Lifestyle without any hassles or ties. First of all an apology for not saying hi to you both during our first visit which was last Saturday. First time as a single guy at your place last Friday. all my previous swinging has happened as part of a couple and this seems much the better way. but marriages don't last these days and ours hit the rocks some time ago (not due to swinging I might add) Time moves on however and I had a good time at your place and will definitely be back. We had previously arranged to meet a couple at your club (who had been before) and came one Friday night a few weeks ago and were swinging virgins. We had a great night and will definitely return. The staff are friendly and helpful, we were at ease and thought the club was clean, well organised and very pleasant.

The only downside for us all was (and we were warned) the swarms of single men following us into the rooms. One suggestion might be to have a "couples only" room even on a Friday night. In the end we hired the private room and had an hour of great fun - needless to say we are no longer swinging virgins.

Thanks also for the follow up info and note through the post - a lovely touch. We will be back - it was worth the 2 hour journey. Thanks to you all J & J.
