Our Privacy Policy
At La Chambre, we realise that not all of our members wish to broadcast their lifestyle choices to friends, family, and colleagues. We also understand that some of our members, whilst attending the venue as a couple, may not necessarily be married to each other.
For these and reasons of professional courtesy and respect for our members we have a number of systems in place to ensure your privacy. On this page we have detailed some of the ways in which we protect your privacy but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We want you to be confident in choosing La Chambre as your venue for discreet liaisons with like minded people.
Newsletter
We will only send a copy of our newsletter to the address we have on file if you REQUEST a copy on your application form. We NEVER send mail to our members unless they have indicated that to do so is acceptable to them. We have a number of checks and balances in place to ensure that we cannot send a newsletter to you unless you've asked for a copy. Sometimes, our procedures are a little too tight and this might mean that you don't get a newsletter when you want one! We would rather err on the side of caution and so if you have not received a newsletter and would like us to update your records please let us know when you next visit the club.
If you decide that you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us please contact us so that we can update our database - you can also do this the next time you visit us.
Third Parties
We will NEVER make your personal information available to third parties for any purpose whatsoever. This means that you will not be placed onto third party mailing lists or receive text messages or advertising material of any kind. If we are approached to send information to our members it will be via our Newsletter only. |
